Technology Support Specialist

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum High school degree or equivalent certification; vocational technical training or above preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively while showing care and attention to end-user needs
• Experience with software and OS including Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, Office, Google Docs, OneDrive, etc…
• Understanding of basic hardware, including laptops, desktops and printers
• Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems involving software, hardware or combination of the two
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and ChromeOS, and iOS devices
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize
• Self-starter and able to work independently
