Requirements
Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * Minimum High school degree or equivalent certification; vocational technical training or above preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively while showing care and attention to end-user needs
- Experience with software and OS including Windows, ChromeOS, iOS, Office, Google Docs, OneDrive, etc…
- Understanding of basic hardware, including laptops, desktops and printers
- Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing problems involving software, hardware or combination of the two
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Experience in troubleshooting and configuring Windows and ChromeOS, and iOS devices
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize
- Self-starter and able to work independently
