We are looking for an experienced, strategic Salesforce Administrator to keep our platform optimized, clean, and scaling gracefully ahead of our exciting peak holiday seasons. What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day administration of our Salesforce instance, including user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and data hygiene protocols.
- Design, build, and maintain complex business automations using Flow Builder to streamline customer journeys and operations.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
- Maintain clean database structures, managing data imports, deduplication efforts, and monitoring syncs between Salesforce and e-commerce platforms.
- Create and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and views to give leadership real-time visibility into performance KPIs.
- Troubleshoot system bugs, handle tier-2 user support, and manage regular platform regression testing during Salesforce release cycles.
- Provide documentation and training for end-users to drive high platform adoption and ensure the team is getting the most out of our tools.
- Evaluate, test, and implement third-party applications from the AppExchange to expand platform capabilities.
Requirements
Do you have a valid Certified Salesforce Administrator certification?, Do you have experience in User training (technical support)?, * Experienced: You have 3+ years of hands-on experience as a dedicated Salesforce Administrator (experience in retail, e-commerce, or logistics environments is a major plus).
- Certified: You hold the active Salesforce Certified Administrator credential. Additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, or Business Analyst) are highly desirable.
- Problem Solver: You love digging into business processes and figuring out how to make them smoother and faster.
- Great Communicator: You can break down complex technical jargon into simple concepts for non-technical team members.
