Desktop Support Technician

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end-user issues
• Diagnose and resolve desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware/software issues
• Maintain accurate and timely ticket documentation and status updates
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for complex AV or technical escalations
• Install, upgrade, and support:
• Windows OS (XP, 7, 8.1, 10)
• Microsoft Office (2010 and later)
• Cisco Jabber and other authorized applications
• Support Apple (Mac) systems at a basic level
• Perform preventative maintenance on desktops, laptops, and printers
• Execute hardware repairs and component replacements as needed
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
• Operate effectively in a project-based, team-oriented environment

Do you have experience in Technical customer support for office equipment?, * Broad IT support experience across:

• Desktop and laptop systems
• Printers and peripherals
• Basic networking concepts
• Servers and infrastructure (foundational understanding)
• Audio/Visual systems
• Smart devices and telecom systems
