Job description
During the design and development phases, the LXD will define learning objectives, structure course content, create storyboards, and develop instructional materials such as facilitator guides, participant materials, e-learning courses, and explainer-style videos.
The LXD will collaborate closely with internal team members, stakeholders, and customer partners to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Video conferences (communication methods)?, * Years of Experience: 5+
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Clearance Requirements: Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Certification Requirements: N/A
- Experience applying adult learning principles
- Strong curriculum design skills
- Ability to storyboard multimedia learning (e-learning, video)
- Experience developing e-learning using Articulate Storyline
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong visual design sense (icons, infographics, etc.)
- Experience collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing demands
