Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, automating, configuring, and maintaining enterprise platform environments across Linux and Windows systems. This role focuses on DevOps practices, infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring in a fast-paced enterprise environment., * Manage and support enterprise platform environments across Linux and Windows servers

  • Perform Linux server build, configuration, hardening, and maintenance
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab
  • Configure and manage automation tools such as Ansible and Automic
  • Administer and troubleshoot OpenSearch clusters
  • Set up and manage monitoring dashboards using Dynatrace and Kibana
  • Execute Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting for automation and system operations
  • Perform Oracle SQL development and query execution
  • Monitor application and infrastructure performance and system health
  • Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments
  • Collaborate with DevOps, infrastructure, and application teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
  • Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational guides
  • Participate in release management and environment readiness activities, * Infrastructure automation and DevOps practices
  • CI/CD pipeline management and release automation
  • System monitoring and performance tuning
  • Production support and troubleshooting
  • Cross-team collaboration in enterprise environments

Requirements

  • Strong experience with:
  • Linux Administration (RHEL/CentOS preferred)
  • Windows Server Administration
  • GitLab CI/CD pipeline development
  • Ansible for automation and configuration management
  • Unix/Linux commands and shell scripting
  • Automic job scheduling
  • OpenSearch administration
  • Dynatrace / Kibana monitoring tools
  • Oracle SQL / SQL query execution
  • Python or Shell scripting, * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in Platform Engineering / DevOps / Infrastructure Support
  • Experience in enterprise or financial environments preferred
  • Understanding of SDLC, release management, and ITIL practices
  • Exposure to cloud platforms or containers is a plus __________________

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Splunk / AppDynamics or similar monitoring tools
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes or Docker
  • Experience managing SSL certificates
  • Exposure to enterprise middleware/platform support
  • Familiarity with server patching and deployment processes, * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written)
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
  • Strong ownership mindset and proactive approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
