Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Resolutions Specialist and become a vital driver of the claims recovery process. In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for damagers, as a third party on behalf of our clients. You’ll leverage your expertise in customer service, collections, insurance and account management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend collections, customer service, and analytical skills to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovation and growth., * Resolve and negotiate claims recovery via phone, email, letter and other means of communication

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and technical support to deliver comprehensive solutions
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track customer interactions, update records, and analyze recovery process
  • Lead collections efforts for client implementations, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope
  • Work directly with liable parties’ insurance provider to defend claims and negotiate settlements
  • Develop a solid working relationship with the client’s locate company and their claims coordinators and management
  • Maintain clear communication channels with clients through calls, emails, and traditional mail

Requirements

Do you have experience in Data-driven problem-solving?, * You are a quick learner and love to problem solve

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to identify client needs and articulate value propositions effectively
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel, as well as an ability to navigate a variety of operational tasks on a computer
  • Customer service expertise with a passion for delivering positive experiences that build long-term relationships
