Enterprise Master Data Management

We’re specifically looking for candidates who have led or played a significant leadership role in enterprise-scale MDM transformations. The ideal background includes experience driving MDM initiatives across multiple business domains (customer, asset, financial, project, etc.), partnering with executive stakeholders, implementation partners, and engineering teams, while helping establish strong data governance, stewardship, and data quality practices. A few key qualifications we’re targeting:

• Enterprise MDM implementation leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience working with implementation partners and vendors
• Data governance, stewardship, and data quality expertise
• Enterprise transformation and organizational change experience
• Hands-on approach to driving execution and resolving issues
• Experience with platforms such as Reltio, Semarchy, Profisee, Informatica MDM, and Microsoft Fabric would be highly preferred.
