We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and manage complex technical programs across cross-functional teams. The TPM will drive planning, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical strategy., * Own end-to-end program management for technical initiatives

• Define program scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment
• Break down complex problems into actionable work streams
• Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively
• Drive communication and reporting with stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and projects
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and program execution frameworks

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• 3-8+ years experience in program/project management (technical domain preferred)
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack MERN .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
