Technical Product Owner (AI)

• Define, instrument, and report on KPIs for AI products, including resolution rate, conversion, and revenue attribution.
• Conduct weekly performance reviews, identify regressions, and drive fixes across prompt, model, and data layers.
• Develop and maintain QA frameworks and conversation review processes.
• Take new AI use cases from concept to production, including writing PRDs, defining success metrics, and leading launches.
• Manage vendor evaluations, onboarding, and governance processes for AI initiatives.
