We deliver enterprise-grade IT support and security at a price point that works for local businesses.We’re hiring two full-time IT Technicians to join our onsite team in Lancaster, Ohio.Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 helpdesk support for managed services clients
• Deploy, configure, and maintain endpoints (Windows, Microsoft 365)
• Monitor and respond to alerts using our RMM platform (Atera)
• Support cybersecurity tools including SIEM monitoring, email protection, and backup/recovery
• Conduct onsite client visits for new deployments, hardware swaps, and troubleshooting
• Assist with physical security installations (cameras, alarm systems) as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours escalations
• Document work in ticketing system accurately and thoroughly

Do you have experience in Windows?, * 3+ years of IT support or managed services experience

• CompTIA A+ certification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong troubleshooting skills - hardware, networking, Windows environments
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation (client visits required)
• Strong communication skills

Preferred:

• CompTIA Network+ and/or Security+
• RMM platform experience (Atera preferred)
• MSP (Managed Services Provider) background
• Familiarity with SIEM, EDR, or email security tools
