Job description
Experienced Onsite Product Owner with strong Mortgage and Insurance domain expertise to work directly at client locations. The role focuses on face to face requirement elicitation, backlog ownership, and Agile delivery coordination with offshore teams in a regulated financial services environment., Act as primary onsite Product Owner and client point of contact Lead in person requirement discovery workshops and stakeholder discussions Translate business and regulatory needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria Own and prioritize the product backlog in an Agile/Scrum setup Ensure compliance with Mortgage and Insurance regulations (TRID, RESPA, HMDA, NAIC, etc.) Collaborate with offshore delivery teams and support sprint ceremonies Drive UAT, release readiness, and client sign off Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to client stakeholders
Requirements
Do you have experience in System development product management?, 8+ years in Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Management roles Strong hands on experience in Mortgage and/or Insurance domains Proven onsite, client facing delivery experience Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools
