Sr. Network Engineer - Route/Switch

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills to present/communicate ideas effectively across different audiences, such as customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to take ownership of customer success and drive customer satisfaction.
• Ability to successfully manage your tasks and complete them in a timely manner.
• Hands-on experience using tools to configure, deploy and/or troubleshoot Cisco or other vendors’ products and solutions.
• Ability to identify network topologies, build lab setups and collaborate with multiple technologies to replicate and resolve problems.
• Willingness to learn new skills to support different technologies and adapt to business needs.
• Ability to gather business requirements, develop and implement working solutions to fulfill requirements.
• Strong ability to work with different cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work as a great teammate and work with minimal supervision.

Desired Technical Skills:

• Expertise with Cisco routing and switching specializing on routing and switching
• Expertise with designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise level large, multi-site, multi-vendor unified communications
• Expertise in deployment automation, vulnerability remediations, updates and configuration of routing and switching systems
• Expertise with oversight of a team running a trouble ticket system
• Demonstrated success using modern DevOps methods and tools including automated testing tools and monitoring tools, * Active CCIE preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum 10 years experience
• US Govt clearance will be required which we will provide background check, * Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer networking: 10 years (Required)
