IT Security Support Analyst || Dauphin County, PA || Hybrid

• Provide help desk and technical support to end users.
• Monitor security alerts, logs, and vulnerability reports.
• Support incident tracking, reporting, and remediation activities.
• Work with security tools including Splunk and Tenable.
• Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain support tickets and technical documentation.
• Assist with compliance, security monitoring, and operational support.

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * 2+ years of Information Security experience.

• 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
• Experience with Splunk and Tenable.
• Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Workstations, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Security+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys both cybersecurity operations and hands-on technical support.

$40 - $45 an hour - Contract
