Job description

Develop enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
Create current-state and future-state architecture models.
Support MITA Technical Architecture initiatives.
Lead portfolio management and technology strategy development.
Conduct business outcome analysis and architecture assessments.
Support cloud, interoperability, API, identity management, and analytics initiatives.
Develop architecture standards, governance processes, and reusable solution patterns.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems architecture within government?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Minimum 3 years using Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as:

FEAF
CEAF
MITA
TOGAF
Zachman
SOA
PEAF
Minimum 5 years Enterprise Architecture experience.
Minimum 3 years strategic planning and performance measurement experience.
Minimum 5 years performing current-state assessments and target architecture development.
Minimum 5 years enterprise portfolio management and roadmap development experience., * Bachelor’s degree.
Process redesign methodologies (BPR, Six Sigma, TQM).
Sparx Enterprise Architect experience.
California Health & Human Services systems experience (SAWS, MEDS, CalHEERS).
Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, FEAF, etc.).
MITA initiative experience.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
