Job description

  • Administration der IT bei unseren Kunden (per Fernwartung)
  • Behebung von alltäglichen Anwender-Problemen
  • Verwalten der windowsspezifischen Dienste wie AD, Office 365 usw.
  • Anwendersupport: telefonisch und per Fernwartung
  • Bearbeitung unseres Ticketsystems und des Patch-Managements der Kundensysteme

Requirements

  • Sie haben entsprechende Erfahrung mit alltäglichen Anwenderproblemen, den aktuellen Microsoft-Server- und Desktop-Systemen und Virtualisierung
  • Sie sind teamfähig, belastbar, motiviert und haben Freude an abwechslungsreicher Tätigkeit
  • Sie besitzen ein freundliches und sicheres Auftreten
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, service- und kundenorientiert
