Job description
Keeping things running. Youâll be the go-to person for desktops, laptops, printers, networks, accounts, and everyday tech headaches - solving problems quickly so our team can stay focused on patient care.
Leading projects from idea to done. New office build-out? System rollout? Vendor switch? Youâll help to scope it, plan it, budget it, and see it through - keeping leadership in the loop the whole way.
Shaping how we use technology. From database and reporting projects to expanding how we use AI in the practice, youâll have a real seat at the table for what comes next.
Building better systems. Youâll maintain the infrastructure, manage our technology inventory, and create the documentation and processes that make everyoneâs job easier.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Bachelorâs degree?, * Have 5+ years of helpdesk or desktop support experience (healthcare or dental a plus, but not required)
- Know your way around Windows, Microsoft 365, and core networking basics (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Have 3+ years of having planned or coordinated projects before - juggling timelines, budgets, vendors, and people without losing your cool
- Communicate clearly, whether youâre walking a stressed-out user through a fix or giving leadership a project status update
- Like solving puzzles, staying organized, and being the person people count on
Bonus points for technical certifications (A+, Network+), project management credentials or coursework (PMP, CompTIA Project+, PRINCE2), experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Asana, or Monday.com, and familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy.

Youâll split your time between hands-on troubleshooting for our team across the Greater Pittsburgh area and leading the rollouts, upgrades, and tech initiatives that come with a growing organization.
