Job description

IT Support members will provide technical assistance to clients taking calls or responding to tickets with some occasional onsite work as needed., * Answer technical support phone calls and resolve workstation or software issues

  • Create and update helpdesk tickets to document incoming customer requests and issues.
  • Provide timely IT support and customer service via phone and email to all customers.
  • Troubleshoot problems with the operations of various IT hardware including computers, printers, scanners, etc.
  • Assist with local onsite IT support and projects
  • Assist with Windows 11 Pro, Office 365 and other standardized applications.
  • Maintain a professional relationship with all clients.
  • Work with other team members to resolve issues to complete customer requests.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Knowledgeable with Windows 11, hardware/software installation and troubleshooting.

  • Knowledge of Windows Active Directory and Windows Domain environment desirable.
  • Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and in tune with developing technologies.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work individually or in team environment while multi-tasking in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Have excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Responsive and respective team player with desire to learn and help us grow.
  • Experience with Dental Applications such as Dentrix, OpenDental, Dexis, Sidexis, Gendex, Eaglesoft or Carestream products is a plus.

Education and/or Experience

  • Associates Degree (AS) in a computer science or information technology
  • Professional certifications in related field
  • Minimum 2 years of IT work experience required
