If you’re skilled in HVAC, electrical systems, and small plumbing, and have a few years of experience under your belt, we want to hear from you! Your expertise will help maintain and troubleshoot facility equipment across multiple locations, making a tangible impact on each project you undertake., High School Diploma or equivalent with commercial building systems experience.

• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and correct malfunctions in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification (Universal preferred) and a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient in computer applications like Microsoft Word and Excel.
