IT Support Technician

• Install, configure, and maintain network infrastructure, including cabling, routers, switches, and end-user devices.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PC hardware, operating systems, and basic network connectivity issues.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Understanding of the OSI 7-Layer Model (Layers 1-3)

• Ability to perform UTP cabling and RJ-45 connector termination
• Basic knowledge of and proficiency in managing Windows 10/11 operating systems
• Understanding of PC hardware architecture and components
• Strong interest in networking and information technology (IT)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience assembling and configuring PC hardware
• Experience configuring routers and switches
• Basic network troubleshooting experience
• Strong familiarity with PC usage and gaming environments
• IT-related certifications are not required, but are considered an advantage.
