Job description

  • Support engineering, installation, and maintenance of Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) systems
  • Monitor and ensure continuous availability of communication circuits
  • Perform troubleshooting, fault isolation, and service restoration
  • Support telecommunications upgrades and network expansions
  • Provide outage reporting and system status updates
  • Maintain operations in a 24/7 mission-critical environment
  • Work with secure communications and cryptographic systems

Requirements

Do you have experience in Telecommunications network troubleshooting?, * Active Top Secret / SCI clearance

  • Security+ CE certification
  • 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education/experience)
  • Experience with network/telecom systems and troubleshooting
  • Ability to work overnight shift, * Experience supporting DRSN or similar secure communications systems
  • Background in telecommunications, COMSEC, or network operations
  • Experience with testing tools and circuit monitoring
  • Familiarity with contingency planning and restoration
