Job description

As a Closed Beta Tester, you’ll play critical builds of the game, report bugs, provide feedback on gameplay, performance, balance, and user experience, and help shape the final product., * Playtest core loops: exploration, mining, crafting, combat, destruction, base-building, and multiplayer sessions

  • Document bugs, crashes, performance issues (especially on various hardware configs), and gameplay feedback
  • Test specific systems: voxel alignment/destruction, PCG placement, NavMesh, physics (shatter rocks, explosions), UI (land claims, shooting range, hauling), and more
  • Participate in structured test sessions and occasional live events/tournaments
  • Communicate clearly via Discord and our testing tools (PlayFab integration)

Requirements

Do you have experience in Software issue identification?, * Passion for voxel games, survival/crafting, exploration, or PvP titles

  • Reliable PC capable of running Unreal Engine 5.7 games (we provide minimum/recommended specs)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to write clear, reproducible bug reports
  • Comfort with Discord for communication and community interaction
  • Availability for regular playtesting sessions (flexible - evenings/weekends preferred)
  • Must be 18+ and located in a region compatible with our beta distribution (Steam/Epic focus)

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Unreal Engine games, or previous beta testing
  • Interest in game development, lore, or community events
  • Streaming or content creation skills (optional - opportunities to showcase gameplay)
