UNCOMN is seeking a Scrum Master to:

  • Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, team ceremonies, and day-to-day Agile delivery rhythm.
  • Help delivery teams remove impediments, clarify priorities, and maintain focus on committed work.
  • Partner with leadership, analysts, and technical teams to improve visibility into delivery progress and risks.
  • Support backlog hygiene, action tracking, and coordination across multiple contributors and stakeholders.
  • Promote practical Agile ways of working that fit structured delivery needs and client expectations.
  • Help teams maintain momentum while staying organized, transparent, and responsive to change.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Project team coordination?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years of related experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or 4 additional years of related experience.
  • Experience facilitating Agile delivery practices in cross-functional technology teams.
  • Strong skills in sprint coordination, ceremony facilitation, and backlog support.
  • Ability to identify and help resolve delivery blockers through clear communication and follow-through.
  • Experience working with both technical teams and business stakeholders in a collaborative delivery setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a calm, organized working style.
  • Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance or similar, granted by the U.S. Government, which requires U.S. citizenship. The government also uses 13 adjudicative guidelines to determine an individual’s eligibility.
  • Must be willing to obtain relevant certifications as required by future client or contract needs.

Preferred

  • CSM, SAFe, or comparable Agile certification.
  • Experience supporting cloud migration, modernization, or other multi-team delivery programs.
  • Experience in federal, financial, or similarly regulated client environments.
  • Candidates local to the St. Louis Metro East market/within commuting distance preferred, although not required.
