Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong software development background to support a high-security federal program for the FBI. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile delivery within complex development environments and the ability to work closely with engineering teams, product owners, and federal stakeholders in a highly secure setting., * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Support development teams in delivering high-quality software in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Work closely with software engineers to remove blockers and improve delivery velocity.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices while aligning with program governance and federal compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to maintain a well-prioritized backlog.
• Track sprint progress, generate reports, and communicate delivery status to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in Agile processes and team efficiency.
• Ensure secure handling of program information in compliance with federal security standards.

Do you have experience in Stakeholder relationship building?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Clearance: Active TS clearance or higher required (Must be willing and eligible to obtain CI Polygraph - FBI program), * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related technical field.

• 5-10+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to software development or engineering background.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with development teams in enterprise or federal environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Clearance Requirement:

• Must possess Active TS clearance or higher
• Must be willing and eligible to obtain CI Polygraph (FBI requirement, * Bachelor’s (Required), * Scrum Master in Agile environments: 5 years (Required)
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC): 5 years (Required)
• Federal government program support: 4 years (Required)

Security clearance:

• Top Secret (Required)
