Job description

In this role, you will design, build, and scale modern enterprise applications and digital platforms using full-stack technologies. You will work across cloud-native environments and microservices architectures to deliver high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical challenges and contribute to application modernization and AI-enabled product development initiatives., * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable enterprise applications using Java and cloud-native technologies

  • Build and maintain microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot and related frameworks
  • Develop and support RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations, and messaging systems
  • Collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Support containerized deployments and CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and related tools
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis and incident resolution
  • Participate in code reviews, system optimization, and application modernization efforts
  • Contribute to AI-enabled features and intelligent automation initiatives, where applicable
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable technical solutions
  • Maintain technical documentation and best practices for development and deployment
  • Mentor team members and support overall engineering excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering or enterprise application development
  • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
  • Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
  • Hands-on experience with React or modern JavaScript frameworks
  • Strong understanding of SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with Apache Kafka or messaging technologies
  • Proficiency with Git, Maven, and build automation tools
  • Experience working in Linux environments and scripting
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Knowledge of cloud-native application delivery and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI-enabled application development or automation solutions
  • Familiarity with SOAP web services and enterprise integrations
  • Knowledge of authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth)
  • Experience working with distributed systems and asynchronous processing frameworks
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
  • Ability to mentor developers and contribute to team capability development
  • Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale environments
