Job description

The Lead Systems Analyst - Networks is responsible for the design, planning, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise network infrastructure. This role provides technical leadership for network architecture, security, performance management, and strategic technology planning while ensuring reliable and secure communication services across the organization., * Design and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and architecture.

  • Evaluate emerging networking technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Lead network modernization, expansion, and optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze network performance and implement solutions to improve reliability and scalability.
  • Develop network standards, procedures, and documentation.
  • Oversee network security controls and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate installation and configuration of network hardware and software.
  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to network support staff.
  • Manage vendor relationships and participate in equipment procurement activities.

Requirements

  • Network security and compliance
  • Vendor management
  • Project leadership and technical supervision, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 7+ years of network engineering experience
  • Cisco CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications preferred
