Job description

SERVPRO Team Bisig is seeking a detail-oriented Contents Job File Coordinator to manage and oversee documentation, data entry, and coordination for contents restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical in ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance, and seamless communication between teams., · Organize and maintain job files for contents restoration projects, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.

· Enter and update job information in company systems, maintaining detailed records of project status, inventory, and client communication.

· Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and clients to track progress, scheduling, and job completion.

· Review and validate job files for compliance with company policies and industry standards.

· Assist with invoicing, estimates, and reporting by compiling necessary documentation and ensuring accuracy.

· Communicate with insurance adjusters and customers to provide necessary job details and updates.

· Support the contents team in managing inventory and tracking items through the restoration process.

· Identify and resolve discrepancies in job files, ensuring smooth project execution.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, · Experience in administrative support, data entry, or job file coordination (preferred in the restoration, construction, or insurance industry).

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn industry-specific software.

· Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

· Customer service experience is a plus.

· Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in restoration or insurance claims processes.

· Familiarity with Xactimate, DASH, or similar industry software.

· Understanding of SERVPRO processes and procedures.
