Job description

  • HubSpot CRM Management: Own the administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot CRM. Ensure accurate data hygiene, efficient contact segmentation, lead routing, pipeline management, and lifecycle stage optimization.
  • Marketing Automation: Design, implement, and manage automated workflows and campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub. Partner with marketing to build lead nurturing programs that drive engagement, MQL conversion, and customer retention.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Collaborate with sales leadership to refine sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and streamline deal flow through automation and best practices.
  • Cross-functional Enablement: Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align goals, share insights, and optimize the customer journey from acquisition to referral.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs across the revenue funnel. Provide regular insights to leadership to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Tool Integration & Stack Management: Oversee integrations between HubSpot and other tools. Evaluate and implement new technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Process Documentation & Training: Document systems, workflows, and best practices. Provide training and support to team members to ensure high adoption and consistent use of tools.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Sales data analysis?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Availability: Must be able to work traditional business hours operating in Central Time.

  • Experience: 2 years of proven experience managing HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub
  • Experience at a marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing funnel metrics and workflows.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to align operations and achieve revenue goals.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Background checks required.
