IT Hardware Repair Technician

Elior North America is seeking a detail-oriented Laptop Repair Technician to support a laptop repair initiative within our Information Systems department. This contract position will focus on diagnosing and repairing HP laptops, ensuring devices are restored to full functionality and ready for deployment., * Diagnose and repair HP laptop hardware issues.

• Replace and install laptop components, including:
• LCD screens
• Keyboards
• Hinges
• Trackpads
• Other internal and external hardware components
• Utilize donor/parts laptops and new HP replacement parts as needed.
• Perform quality checks to ensure repairs meet company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of completed repairs and work performed.
• Meet weekly repair completion goals while maintaining quality workmanship.
• Follow established repair procedures and best practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Do you have experience in Replacing parts?, The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing HP laptops and possess an active HP Laptop Certification. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform hardware repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards., Required
