Job description

  • Perform hardware repair and configuration of HP print devices, including DesignJet, A3, and LaserJet models.
  • Provide technical support for Personal Systems such as laptops, desktops, POS systems, and workstations.
  • Assist with installations, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware issues onsite at customer locations.
  • Work collaboratively with escalation teams and technical personnel to develop effective action plans.
  • Engage with customers to educate them about technology solutions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience troubleshooting hardware problems on HP print devices and personal systems.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working with tools and alignment apparatus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, especially in customer-facing situations.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple activities and adapt quickly to changing environments.
  • Reliable personal auto, with mileage reimbursement, and residence within 15 minutes of Baton Rouge.
