Job description

Associate Corporate Counsel - Technology/Software Licensing, IT, BPO, Engineering and other professional services outsourcing transactions Job Description:

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating inbound and outbound procurement, sales and revenue generating agreements.

  • Reviewing, drafting and negotiating complex IT Services and Outsourcing Agreements including: Master Outsourcing Agreements, Professional Services Agreements, Bids and RFPs, Statements of Work, subcontracting agreements, software licensing, reseller agreements, NDAs, and SOWs.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Bar license?, Do you have experience in Request for proposal?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, * Looking for 3 - 10 years of relevant work experience in structuring, negotiating, and drafting Outsourcing, IT and Services contracts as a service provider/vendor.

  • Must enjoy working with sales teams in the technology and outsourcing industry.

  • Must be able to work independently, be self-motivated and have excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Must be able to take a pragmatic approach to minimize redlines

  • Must have strong negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer perspective and reach a solution to protect the organization interests

  • Must enjoy a fast-paced environment with multiple clients and stakeholders

  • Must have experience working with internal stakeholders such as HR, Information Security, finance and to incorporate their comments into the document

  • Must be able to take a deal from the RFP stage to signatures independently with minimal supervision

Education:

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school or equivalent law degree from an international legal education institution, with strong academic credentials.

  • The candidate must be, or eligible to be, licensed in good standing to practice law within the US., Qualifications : MASTERS IN LAW
