Job description

  • Perform a variety of tests and checks on products, such as receiving inspection, swabs, oil tests, marination checks, batter tests, net weight checks, temperature checks.
  • Inspect product at different stages of production run to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Inspect facility areas and pest control boxes at regular intervals.
  • Maintain excellent records of all checks and tests completed ensuring accurate data entry and information is available for audit or customer complaint research.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS: Exposure to varying temperatures from warm to cold, some heavy lifting, dust, noise, slippery floors. Wear appropriate PPE and other equipment as necessary or required.

Requirements

Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, QUALIFICATIONS: Must meet Quality Assurance Tech Back & Task requirements. Must be able to stand, walk, sit and lift up to 8 hours per day. Complete and maintain required safety trainings and certifications (Lock Out/Tag Out, Powered Industrial Vehicles, Hazard Communication, etc.). High School diploma or equivalent. Computer literacy, with SAP and Windows Office suite experience a plus. Bilingual English & Spanish a plus. Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset. Must be able to work with minimal supervision and maintain confidentiality. Must pass QA math test.

Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test and background check are required.
