Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Application Engineer to join our innovative technology team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of delivering tailored technical solutions, supporting pre-sales activities, and demonstrating our cutting-edge products to clients. Your expertise will drive customer success by translating complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies including cloud platforms, virtualization, and networking, all while collaborating closely with sales and engineering teams to accelerate business growth.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Customer communication?, · General

o Self-starter

o Ability to adapt to changing project priorities

o Intellectual curiosity

o Good general communication skills

o 0-2 years of relevant engineering experience (internships, co-ops, academic projects considered)

· Technical

o Basic understanding of mechanical engineering

o Experience with AutoCAD and Inventor is a plus

o Excel Macro development / pivot tables

o Microsoft Word

o Pdf editing software, o Ability to travel both foreign and domestically to interact with customers on a technical basis

§ Conduct on-site customer product training as skills are developed and demonstrated

· Project Management skills

o Follow up with Purchasing and Production to ensure specialized components are available for JIT production

· Physical Requirements

o Ability to sit, stand, or move within a work environment as needed

o Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

o Capability to review detailed technical information and data for extended periods

o Ability to travel occasionally to sites, vendors, or project locations (if applicable)
