Requirements

The senior level Systems Architect and Lead Developer will have demonstrable experience of at least ten (10) years designing complex web-based applications with leadership in the following areas: Working across teams and disciplines to identify and define solutions, such as custom code, database design, complex data migrations, application integrations, platform performance, project/sprint planning, and advanced problem solving; Proficiency in programming languages: C#; Proficiency in Development framework: .NET Core 10 Proficiency in database management: SQL Server 2022; Proficiency in client-side technology: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery Proficiency in web service and data technologies: REST APIs, Json; Translating client requirements into technical requirements; Providing guidance and expertise to the rest of the Development team; Conducting code reviews of work committed by other Developers; Enforcing industry standards and best practices in addition to applicable State or organizational policies; and Strong DevOps fundamentals
