Job description
As a senior IT process analyst in the IT Controls organization, you’ll play a key role in strengthening our IT Controls function as a Second Line of Defense. You’ll work across Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) controls, perform quality control reviews, and help ensure alignment with internal policies. Partnering closely with management and Internal Audit teams, you’ll gain visibility across the organization while influencing how controls are designed, tested, and improved. You’ll also have opportunities to support broader programs such as IT Risk, Payment Card Industry (PCI), and Business Resiliency.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SOX compliance testing?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s Degree of higher in a Business or Technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Math) and a minimum of four years of work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT Project Management positions.
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of six years of related work experience in technical infrastructure, IT Process design/process improvement or IT project management positions.
Preferred skills
- Experience with IT SOX compliance, ITGC testing, and quality control reviews
- Familiarity with SDLC, change management, and technology control frameworks (e.g., COSO, COBIT, NIST)
- Experience reviewing SOC reports and evaluating third-party control environments
- Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and support proactive risk mitigation efforts
- Strong collaboration, relationship management, and communication skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking
