Job description
Perform routine inventory counts and cycle counts.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory.
Maintain inventory records within warehouse management systems.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, overages, or damaged products.
Organize warehouse storage locations to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation processes.
Work closely with receiving, picking, packing, and labeling teams to ensure inventory integrity.
Generate inventory reports and provide updates to management.
Follow company procedures for quality control and inventory tracking.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Warehouse management system?, Previous inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Comfortable using inventory software, spreadsheets, and warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
