Inventory Technician

Wiz Team, Inc. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Technician to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will help manage, organize, track, and maintain inventory for cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials used in residential and commercial service operations.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, solving logistical challenges, and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring technicians have the tools and supplies needed to deliver outstanding service to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, label, and track incoming inventory and cleaning supplies
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking materials and equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory records using spreadsheets or inventory systems
• Prepare equipment, tools, and supplies for field technicians and service teams
• Conduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Inspect equipment and supplies for quality, damage, or maintenance needs
• Assist with loading/unloading company vehicles and warehouse organization
• Coordinate inventory movement between warehouse and field operations
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas
• Follow company safety procedures and operational standards
• Support general warehouse and operational tasks as needed

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Warehouse experience?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to lift and move equipment or supplies up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Basic computer and inventory tracking skills preferred
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and dependable work ethic

Pay: $21.50 - $23.50 per hour, * 401(k)
