Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Network Administrator to take full ownership of the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure across our global studio locations. This role covers a broad range of responsibilities including equipment scoping, configuration, system backups, and the setup of surveillance equipment - all with a strong emphasis on security, automation, and documentation., * Manage and maintain global studio network infrastructure, including:

  • Office Wi-Fi, switching, routing, and firewall solutions
  • 802.1x authentication and VPN technologies
  • Scope, configure, and support CCTV and surveillance systems
  • Leverage automation tools to streamline network management and monitoring
  • Implement and manage configuration backup strategies
  • Identify, report, and mitigate network-related risks and issues
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure projects and new deployments

Requirements

Do you have experience in WAN?, * Proven experience in network administration within IT operations or engineering environments

  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals and protocols (e.g., LAN/WLAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI model)
  • Proficiency in navigating in Linux/Unix like operating systems
  • Experience with scripting languages with a focus on automation is a plus
  • Familiarity with cloud-based networking and virtualization technologies
  • Understanding of security principles, vulnerability management, and monitoring practices
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage network-related projects
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Commitment to maintaining accurate, up-to-date documentation, * Network administration: 5 years (Required)
