UKG WFM SUPPORT ANALYST

We are actively seeking an experienced UKG Workforce Management (WFM) support analyst to provide functional support for UKG WFM applications, including Scheduling and timekeeping modules., * Provide support for UKG WFM user issues related to Scheduling, Timekeeping, Accruals, and Pay Rules

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and timecard issues
• Support Scheduling and Timekeeping modules
• Monitor integrations, interfaces, and system jobs
• Ensure accuracy of workforce and labor data
• Assist with configuration updates and system enhancements
• Create user documentation and provide end-user training

Do you have experience in UKG Pro?, 3+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions

Strong knowledge of:

UKG Pro WFM

UKG Dimensions

Kronos

Scheduling & Timekeeping Modules

Pay Rules & Accruals

Experience in a Production Support or Help Desk environment

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage support tickets effectively

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UKG Integrations and Interfaces
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Power BI, Boomi, or MuleSoft
• Experience in Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing industries is a plus

This role focuses exclusively on UKG Workforce Management (WFM). Candidates with experience only in UKG HR/Payroll and no WFM background will not be considered.
