Job description

As a Technical Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients’ UKG WFM implementations and ongoing success. You’ll work closely with a team of consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure seamless system integrations, data accuracy, and optimized workflows., * Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs and UKG WFM requirements.

  • Analyze existing systems and data to identify opportunities for improvement and integration.
  • Configure and customize UKG WFM solutions to meet client specifications.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to clients on using UKG WFM effectively.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with UKG support to resolve complex problems.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Workforce management?, * Minimum 2+ years of experience working with UKG WFM (formerly Kronos WFM) solutions.

  • Proven experience in system configuration, integration, and data management.
  • Strong understanding of workforce management concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with UKG Pro or other HCM systems a plus.
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Benefits & conditions

$35 - $75 an hour - Contract
