Job description

Upgrade laptops, desktops and All-in-ones
Install memory and/or hard drive and update software as needed
Diagnose issues with malfunctioning computers
Perform quality control procedures for upgraded computers
Work with warehouse associates to pick and organize computers

Inspection:

Check condition of returned products and input them into our system

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Detail Oriented
Work well in a group environment as well as independently
