ERP Business Analyst

Concentric Corporation is conducting a search for an experienced ERP Business Analyst to support a growing organization undergoing significant business and technology transformation. This role will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping drive ERP optimization, reporting enhancements, system integrations, and process improvements across the organization., * Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP enhancements, customizations, integrations, and process improvements

• Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements

• Support configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP modules across multiple business functions

• Partner with business leaders and technical teams throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and support activities

• Develop reports, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions to improve visibility and decision-making

• Utilize reporting and analytics tools, including Power BI, to deliver meaningful business insights

• Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, and system testing efforts

• Facilitate user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend scalable ERP solutions

• Troubleshoot system, reporting, and integration issues while ensuring compliance with security and governance standards

• Serve as a trusted resource for end users and stakeholders regarding ERP functionality and best practices, * Collaborative environment working closely with business leaders, technical teams, and operational stakeholders

This individual will play a highly visible role in supporting enterprise-wide initiatives while partnering with leadership and end users to maximize system effectiveness and operational efficiency., * 5+ years of ERP Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise ERP platforms

• Hands-on experience supporting IFS ERP environments required

• Experience with IFS Cloud strongly preferred

• Strong understanding of cross-functional business processes including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, sales, projects, and operations

• Experience with reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools, including Power BI

• Familiarity with Azure environments and related technologies

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to work effectively with both business users and technical teams

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Experience:

• ERP implementation, migration, or transformation project experience

• Experience supporting large-scale system integrations

• Advanced reporting and dashboard development capabilities

• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, engineering, or project-based business environments, You are a self-starter who enjoys solving complex business challenges through technology. You are highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences and take pride in helping organizations improve processes, increase efficiency, and maximize the value of their ERP investments.
