Job description

As a Microvellum Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design and production of custom wood products using Microvellum software. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and manufacturing teams to bring innovative designs to life, ensuring each project is delivered with precision and efficiency., * Microvellum Software Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Microvellum software to create detailed designs, shop drawings, and production documents for custom wood products.

  • Project Collaboration: Collaborate with our engineering and manufacturing teams to translate client requirements and design concepts into functional and cost-effective solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and quality of all design and production documents, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Microvellum software and woodworking technology, making recommendations for process improvements and software updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience working with Microvellum software in a professional setting.
  • Strong understanding of woodworking principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
