• They need someone who can Build the Product: Technical enough to build from scratch

Must Have:

• SQL
• Python
• Visualization, Dashboards, and Tables: PowerBI or Tableau
• They really need to be a high level technical contributor who works with VPs and business drivers with ML product
• Someone who is strong with navigating people process and technology and contributing something tangible that converts to ROI

Nice to Have/Accelerators:

• Supply chain management
• Auto industry
• Microsoft stack (Fabric Implementations)
• LLM
• AI agents
• Claude
• CoPilot
• They need someone who can Lead the work: Soft skills to be able to meeting with stakeholders, spec out work, gather requirements
• Level: at least senior manager or principal level resource in an enterprise environment shipping data science projects will be a nice to have
• They really need to be a high level technical contributor who works with VPs and business drivers with ML product
• Industry: enterprise level would be ideal, automotive would be a standout
