Computer Technician / Customer Service (Part-Time)

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in Windows?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * No high school diploma, Computer Technician. Position is for Part-Time, approx. 10-20 hrs per week. However position may lead to Full-Time.

Responsibilities and Duties

Have a strong motivation to learn and to work quickly and efficiently in the following areas:

• Answering phone calls and speaking to customers / general public (most important characteristic in determining the job applicant)!

• GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

• Sales & Support

• General PC knowledge (Windows and Mac O/S)

• Virus removal / Tune-up

• Data transfer

• Hardware & Software installation / troubleshooting

• Service Calls

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent customer service skills

• High School Diploma or GED

• Highly Recommended but not required: A+ Certified or 2+ Years experience in the field

• Valid Drivers License and Insurance, * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
