IT Technician

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, upgrade and repair PCs, Servers, Laptops, Printers, Scanners, iPhones, iPads, Androids, etc.
• Install and configure computer related hardware, operating systems, software and drivers.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot business software such as Office 365, QuickBooks, Adobe Suite, Anti-virus, and more.
• Provide both on-site and remote support for our clients.
• Demonstrate good judgment, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Do you have a valid Driver’s License license?, Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, Candidate Skills & Requirements: * Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of computer hardware & software installation and configuration.
• Capable of installing, upgrading, updating and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Operating systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Self-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MUST have a reliable vehicle and a valid Florida Driver’s license.
• Basic knowledge of Mac OS X operating system
• Basic troubleshooting skills with Macbooks, iPads, iPhones.
• Basic knowledge of Linux.
• Knowledge of computer networking, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Routers, etc.
• Basic understanding of Virtual Machines and “The Cloud”.
• Familiar with Remote Desktop software (Team Viewer, AnyDesk, LogMeIn, etc)
• Associates Degree desired in Computer Science or related studies.
• I.T. related certifications desirable.
• I.T. Helpdesk experience highly preferable., * Bachelor’s (Preferred), * Customer service: 4 years (Required)
