Job description

3.Utilize configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implementation 4.Code enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards 5.Research problems before approaching the Team Lead or Functional Architect for assistance. 6.Work with users to understand business requirements and to ensure that solutions meet business needs. 7.Plan all required process steps. 8.Review and understand the Application Team’s workplan. 9.Provide status of work to Team Lead. 10.Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the Application Team. Develop contingency plans as necessary. 11.Engage in ongoing process improvement. 12.Detailed functional and process knowledge. 13.Provide excellent system documentation. 14.Proactively propose changes/updates to solutions.

Requirements

Requires excellent communications and documentation skills as well as the ability to interact directly with application users to elicit requirements and support applications. Work to occur in a flexible hybrid model - generally 3 days in the office per week and 2 days remote. Skill: 1.College degree or equivalent technical study - 4 Years 2.Experience with technical support and projects - 6 Years
