Job description

Support and maintain SharePoint and web-based applications
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Gather and analyze business requirements
Develop enhancements and system improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation
Monitor project activities and provide status updates
Participate in process improvement initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical study
6+ years of experience in technical support and application development
Strong experience supporting Web Applications and SharePoint environments
Troubleshooting and debugging expertise
Experience with configuration management, design, testing, and deployment tools
Strong documentation and communication skills
Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users
Production support and SDLC experience
