Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Support to support web and SharePoint applications. This role requires a balance of strong technical troubleshooting and excellent communication skills to interact directly with users, gather requirements, and document solutions.

  • Location: Columbus, OH (Zip: 43205), * 6+ years of experience in IT technical support and project delivery.
  • 4+ years college degree or equivalent technical study.

Technical Skills

  • Strong hands-on support for Web and SharePoint applications.
  • Proficiency with debugging tools, design tools, and configuration management.
  • Ability to perform code enhancements, development updates, and production problem-fixes.

Business & Soft Skills

  • Requirements Elicitation: Interacting directly with users to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • System Documentation: Creating clear, high-quality technical and functional documentation.
  • Independent Problem Solving: Ability to research and isolate problems before escalating to architects.
