• Execute on full monthly/ quarterly/ and yearly commission process
• Should have experience with commission process and be firm with commission calculations, compensation logics
• Ability/ skills to improve processes
• Are able to communicate with stakeholders (Sales Directors)
• Experience in Anaplan is a plus but no must
• Hours of shift:
• 6-8 hours day / 30 - 40 hours a week, can be reduced once processes are fully automated
• Start and end time flexible, but core working shift 09:00 - 16:00
• Eastern Time (US) preferred, as especially in the beginning ramp-up need to happen fast

Role Overview

Client is seeking a temporary contractor to support the monthly commission approval workflow and operational execution within our global Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform (Anaplan).

Key Responsibilities

1. Commission Approval Workflow Management

• Manage the monthly commission approval cycle within Anaplan

• Coordinate multi-step approval workflows (Managers * Directors * VPs * Sales Finance * Head of Sales Finance)

• Track approvals and follow up with stakeholders

• Ensure commissions are fully approved before payroll submission

1. Monthly Commission Cycle Execution

• Execute monthly commission timelines and validation

• Ensure all inputs and adjustments are captured and processed

1. Stakeholder Coordination

• Act as central point of contact between Sales, Sales Leadership, and Finance

• Communicate approval status, delays, and escalations

1. Issue Management

• Identify and resolve workflow issues

• Manage exception workflows via Jira

1. Reporting & Transparency

• Maintain reporting of approvals and cycle progress

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, 3-6+ years experience in Sales Operations, Finance Operations, or Commission Administration

• Experience managing workflows and stakeholders

• Familiarity with Anaplan or similar tools

Contractor Level & Rate Benchmark

• Level: Senior Analyst / Manager (Contract)

• Experience: 4-8 years relevant experience
