Job description

We are seeking a seasoned Data Architect with strong expertise in the Healthcare Payer/Provider domain to design and govern enterprise data architectures. The role spans Enrollment, Claims, Eligibility, Payments, Provider, and Member data models. Candidates must bring hands-on experience with modern platforms (Snowflake, Data Lakes, RDBMS) and the ability to drive enterprise-wide integration and transformation initiatives., * Design and implement scalable enterprise data architectures supporting healthcare payer and provider operations.

  • Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models across multiple healthcare business domains.
  • Define and manage data mappings, lineage, and integrations across systems such as: Enrollment, Claims Processing, Eligibility, Payments, Provider Management, Member Data
  • Architect data solutions leveraging Snowflake, Data Lakes, and relational databases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, data engineers, and application teams to define data strategies and standards.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, metadata management, and master data management practices.
  • Support cloud-based data modernization initiatives and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Ensure scalability, performance, security, and compliance of enterprise data solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Systems integration?, * 10+ years of experience in Data Architecture, Data Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management.

  • Strong Healthcare Payer and/or Provider domain expertise.
  • Proven experience working with healthcare datasets including Claims, Enrollment, Eligibility, Payments, and Provider data.
  • Expertise in Data Modeling (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical).

Strong experience with:

  • Snowflake, Data Lakes (Azure Data Lake, AWS S3, or equivalent), Relational DB, ELT and Data Integration frameworks
  • Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and data lineage.
  • Experience designing cloud-native data platforms and modern data architectures.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
